Hey, guys! Narentahan na pala condo unit namin sa Mandaluyong for 2 years at ₱13K per month. Yey! This explains why I am no longer responding to inquiries.
This time, isinama na rin namin yung monthly dues. Dati kasi tenant pa yung nagsho-shoulder, pero narealize ko na mas okay pala kapag included na siya since mas smooth at on-time yung payments sa admin.
Honestly, plano ko pa sana gumawa ng reels about the unit since madami naman akong videos na pwedeng gamitin ,like itong long-form content na ginawa ko last year. Most of the items nga lang hindi na included ngayon sa unit because some were damaged by the previous tenants. Mejo sakit din talaga sa ulo kaya napaisip kami if ipaparent pa ba ulit namin yung unit.
Pero after posting it 2 weeks ago, sobrang dami agad inquiries to the point na kinailangan ko pa kumuha ng property manager for the showings. Kaya ayun, erase-erase muna sa paggawa ng reels. 😅
Sobrang swerte sa’kin yung area na ‘to. I usually joke around na “namumulot” ako ng pera everyday kasi sa proxity nito sa mga establishments. Ang daling gumawa ng pera dito. :) More than 2 years din kami nagstay sa unit namin. Mejs naliitan lang kasi ako (I have 2 kids na kasi) that’s why I rented it out and decided to stay sa Palawan for a year before moving to our 1st house dito sa Bulacan.
Hopefully maging smooth sailing yung relationship namin with the new tenant for the next 24 months. Kasi for me, everything is a relationship talaga.
Minsan kahit may gusto nang bumili nung naka-post kong items, hindi ko agad binebenta. Same with the condo unit, kahit may gustong mag-rent, nagpapa-check muna kami ng feedback from the property manager to assess if okay ba talaga. Hindi kasi pwedeng basta-basta pumapasok sa kahit anong transaction without doing your due diligence.
At the end of the day, whether it’s selling items, renting out a unit, or doing business in general, relationship pa rin talaga yung pinakaimportante. Here I am, choosing to enter another relationship.
Speaking of relationships, fun fact: I’ve been with the same person for the past 21 years. Ganyan tayo mag-alaga. 🙂 Grabe, ang tanda ko na pala.
Kung may trust issues: Ekis agad sa’tin yan kasi nga meron naman tayo name na inaalagaan. :)
Kung inabot mo yung part na ‘to, apir! Yan talaga ang people ko, yung marunong magbasa tska hindi mababa ang attention span.
