"Every helping hand makes a difference in education."
In support of the annual Brigada Eskwela program and in preparation for the opening of the upcoming academic year.Duty personnel of Sanchez Mira Fire Station under the leadership of FINSP JAMES C DUTERTE, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal actively participated in various school rehabilitation and maintenance activities starting June 1-5,2026. The personnel rendered voluntary services at Dammang Elementary School, Masisit Elementary School, Sanchez Mira Central School, and Langagan Elementary School,Marzan Elementary School,Bangan Elementary School,Santor Elementary School and Santiago Elementary School.
As part of the station's commitment to community service and ensuring a safe learning environment for students, BFP personnel conducted flushing and cleaning of school premises, inspected electrical wiring to help identify potential fire hazards, performed painting and beautification works, and assisted in other repair and maintenance activities necessary for school readiness.
Through these collective efforts, the personnel contributed to creating a cleaner, safer, and more conducive environment for learning. The activity also strengthened the spirit of bayanihan among community stakeholders, school officials, teachers, parents, and volunteers who worked together toward a common goal of providing quality education in a secure and well-maintained setting.
Our participation in Brigada Eskwela reflects its continuing dedication not only to fire safety and prevention but also to community development and public service. By extending assistance to educational institutions, Sanchez Mira Fire Station helps to ensure that students can begin the school year in schools that are safe, welcoming, and prepared to support their academic growth and success.
