The Tecware Fusion Air M2 is a compact SFF-style case that can surprisingly accommodate an mATX motherboard while maintaining a clean and space-saving footprint. 🔥

Due to the compact nature of the case, cable management options are more limited compared to larger chassis, but we still performed cable routing and organization to keep the build as clean as possible.

This time, it's our own laptop on the repair table! 😂💻

My trusty Gigabyte G5 started showing keyboard issues that gradually became more frequent during daily use.

🔍 Reported Issues:

Since the issue was already affecting normal usage, gaming, and productivity, it was time for a proper fix.

Successfully repaired this Logitech G304 with a left-click double clicking issue. 🔥

Client From: Los Baños Laguna

During the repair and disassembly process, we also noticed dirt and residue buildup inside the mouse, so we performed a complete internal cleaning as well. 🛠️🧼

We replaced both the left and right mouse switches using Kailh switches, upgrading from the original Omron switches. Even if only one switch is faulty, we recommend replacing both since the other switch may also start failing soon due to similar wear and usage. 🔧✨

🛠️ WHAT WE DID
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔️ Replaced both left and right mouse switches
✔️ Upgraded switches from Omron to Kailh
✔️ Fixed the left-click double clicking issue
✔️ Internal cleaning and maintenance
✔️ Removed dirt and residue buildup
✔️ Cleaned and restored the outer shell
✔️ Reduced the yellowish discoloration
✔️ Reassembled and tested the mouse

The mouse is now:
✅ Working properly again
✅ Much cleaner inside and out
✅ Less yellow compared to before

While the shell is not fully pure white again, the yellowing was significantly reduced and restored to a much cleaner appearance. 🙌🐧

💡 COMMON CAUSE OF DOUBLE CLICKING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Double-clicking issues are commonly caused by:
• Worn-out mouse switches
• Dust and dirt buildup
• Moisture or residue inside
• Long-term heavy usage

🛠️💻 No Boot / No Display Troubleshooting — Motherboard Issue Found 😇🐧

A client inform us her PC having no boot / no display issue. The system would not properly turn on, so we performed a step-by-step troubleshooting process to identify the faulty component before recommending any replacement. 🔍💻

🧪 Troubleshooting Steps Performed:
✔️ PSU tested using PSU tester
✔️ RAM reseated and tested
✔️ Tried different RAM sticks
✔️ Tried another processor
✔️ Removed and checked all connections
✔️ Tested using another motherboard

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🔍 RESULTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✅ PSU was working properly
✅ RAM worked fine on another motherboard
✅ Processor also worked properly on another motherboard

However:
❌ Using different RAM still resulted in no boot
❌ Using another processor still resulted in no boot
❌ Motherboard still failed after complete troubleshooting

After confirming all major components were functional, we identified the motherboard as the faulty part.

🔧 REPLACEMENT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Old Motherboard:
🧩 AORUS B450 Pro WiFi

Replaced With:
🧩 ASUS Prime B550M-A WiFi

We also performed:
✔️ Minor cleaning
✔️ Cable checking and reseating
✔️ File backup before OS installation
✔️ Fresh Windows installation after motherboard replacement
✔️ Driver and Windows updates

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Whenever changing a motherboard, it is highly recommended to perform a clean OS installation to avoid:
❌ Driver conflicts
❌ Boot issues
❌ Stability problems
❌ Windows activation issues

Always backup important files before replacing major components. 💾🙌

After replacing the motherboard and reinstalling the OS, the PC is now fully working again. 🔥💻
