Our client from Lipa, Batangas reached out to us through our page, requesting assistance in completing his DeepCool CH160 Plus PC build, along with proper cable management.

We traveled to our client's location in Lipa, Batangas to complete the PC assembly.

Before our arrival, the client had already installed the motherboard and GPU inside the case.

Our task was to finish the remaining assembly, properly connect the components, organize the cables, and prepare the system for testing.

However, we encountered a small problem during the build.

The client didn't have the required SFX-to-ATX PSU mounting bracket.

Luckily, we were able to provide the missing bracket to properly secure the power supply. 👌

After completing the assembly and upgrades, we proceeded with the initial testing.

Unfortunately, the system wasn't behaving as expected.

❌ No proper POST
❌ Intermittent No Display
⚠️ Sometimes reaches the ASRock logo, then freezes
⚠️ Unable to boot properly

We performed initial troubleshooting during the home service visit, but the issue persisted.

Rather than immediately assuming that a component was defective, we recommended bringing the system back to our place for further diagnostics and isolation testing.

Our client agreed and entrusted the unit to us. 🤝
