📢 SERVICE ADVISORY | SUBMARINE CABLE OUTAGE

Good evening, Valued ZSG Subscribers!

We would like to inform you of an ongoing submarine cable outage affecting the EAC-C2C Submarine Cable System, which may impact international internet connectivity and cause temporary slowdowns in various parts of the Philippines.

🔧 Current Network Status:

* 🇭🇰 C2C Hong Kong – Under Maintenance
* 🔴 C2C Singapore – Currently Down

Due to this outage, some international internet traffic is being rerouted through alternative network paths, which may result in network congestion and reduced internet speeds, particularly when accessing international websites and online services.

Our technical team continues to monitor network performance and implement necessary measures to minimize the impact on our subscribers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Further updates will be provided as soon as verified information becomes available.
