Hello, all Fibear subscribers lost internet connection yesterday, May 11 at 7:00 PM, due to an outage at the main office.

We were able to provide a backup connection from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, but unfortunately it was not enough to sustain the service. We are still waiting for the repair and restoration from Meralco.

For now, temporary electrical lines will be installed at the main office so that power can be restored while waiting for Meralco to fully resolve the issue.
