Since it started operation, ASKUSERV has successfully developed software products and accompanying manuals for various customers world-wide. It has refined its methods to improve the performance of its services in order to meet the increasing demands of its clients. Moreover, one of its main customers, an ISO 9001 certified company with over 6000 employees, audits and inspects ASKUSERV on a yearly

basis. Customers outside Far East are taken care of by a team of Swiss engineers who are holders of a MSc degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) or a similar institute (HTL). They coordinate the planning and design work and may be called upon to discuss issues. For bigger projects, programmers can also show up and get familiar directly at the customer’s site for a certain time (days, weeks or months). These personnel, with their involvement in projects of varying sizes and complexities, coupled with continuous exploration of the latest trends in technology, have gained a wide knowledge in their particular areas of work. ASKUSERV was able to gain a high reputation when it comes to response time and quality of support in case of inquiries that may arise on the software distributed to its primary customers. • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Willing to learn and adapt to Western European style of management (quality of work, deadlines, loyalty, etc.).
• With good command of oral and written English.
• Seeks a long term employment (will not resign after a few months).
• Willing to travel for training to our main client in Europe (Switzerland), if required.
