โข Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
โข Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions, including conducting product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POC) activities, systems demonstrations, acceptance testing for clients
โข Provide technical support during pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment
โข Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cybersecurity solutions
โข Perform system testing, health checks, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
โข Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports, and as-built documentation.
โข Coordinate with clients,vendors, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
โข Provide knowledge transfer and basic training to client administrators and users
โข Conduct technical discovery meetings and requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
โข Assist in maintaining service-level commitments and customer satisfaction.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or any related field
โข With experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting cybersecurity solutions, endpoint protection, antivirus, EDR/XDR and email/web security.
โข Understanding of operating systems such as Windows OS, Windows Server and Linux
โข Knowledge in project management principles, including project planning, task coordination, documentation, timeline tracking, and basic risk management.
โข Cybersecurity certifications or equivalent vendor certifications is a plus
