Good day, valued clients.

Our technical team has confirmed that the ongoing service interruption in the affected area is due to a fiber line damage incident. Based on the initial assessment, a passing truck accidentally snagged another overhead cable, which subsequently affected and damaged our fiber line.

Our technicians are currently on-site conducting the necessary repair and restoration work to restore services as soon as possible.
