HR GENERALIST

We are looking for a highly capable HR Generalist who can manage and oversee all key HR functions. Since this is a sole HR position, we need someone proactive, independent, and confident in handling full-spectrum HR responsibilities.
🎯 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course
- At least 1+ year of supervisory experience
- With or without background in Technical Recruitment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and Legal Compliance
- Able to work independently.
💼 Role Expectation:
This is a one-person HR department role. The ideal candidate must be strategic, hands-on, and capable of handling both operational and compliance-related HR tasks.
