How to make sure your project will work?

1. The First thing to do and think, it's making sure the teammate of the project knows and understands the ideas of the project.

2. It's to verify the potential of your project/idea. Create goals, challenges everything has to be measurable!

3. Test your idea without spending a lot of money. Yes, it's really important to measure the potential of the idea and for that, you need to test using less money as possible.

4. Analysis of the test, get all of the data needed to verify if the idea is working well or not. Also get the triggers of the idea, why that works, why that doesn't work, etc.

5. It's time to brainstorm about GO or NO GO to produce the idea.

6. After your decision If you choose NO GO then, stop everything closes the project and saved it if one day you have the triggers or market you will back to the idea! It's not because an idea doesn't work now then it will never work.
If you choose to GO then, is the good moment to plan, organize, and make sure all the ideas and test will appear on the plan. You will also improve your idea and will have better results! Don't forget to continue creating goals, challenges for the project!

After all of that, you will have the best foundation to create the perfect project and win the goals and challenges created!

Why hire a project manager?

I heard that many times and I totally understand why you think of this question.

It's true based on my experience like freelance, people said :
They cost a lot of money and don't gain any. Yes, a project manager is not a seller, commercial. He/Her don't have the role to "Make" money But, the project manager will help you make your company more efficient.

Examples:
In your company, communication has a big impact on the win or loss of a project. If your team doesn't want to talk, because lazy or forgot because they think it's not important. The other services needed this information will never have it and lose a piece of precious information to increase selles or reach the goals and challenges.

Because the main goal of the boss it's making sure the company works well and makes money to continue live and grow! with goals and challenges.
