* Every subscriber will be assigned a unique Account Number.
* Please use this Account Number whenever you:

* Pay your monthly bill
* Send your proof of payment
* Contact our customer support team regarding your account

# # # New Billing Policy

* Your monthly bill remains due on your scheduled due date.
* Accounts that remain 10 days past the due date will be automatically disconnected by our system.
* Once your payment has been received and verified, your internet service will be automatically restored, without the need to contact our office.
* This automated process ensures faster reconnection, improves service efficiency, and applies the same billing policy fairly to all subscribers.

To avoid service interruption, we encourage all clients to settle their accounts on or before the due date.
