We are seeking experienced Telemarketing and Telesales professionals with a minimum of five (5) years of proven success in outbound sales campaigns.

Minimum Requirements 📝
At least 5 years of experience in Telemarketing or Telesales
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Neutral or easily understandable accent
Confidence in speaking with US-based prospects
Strong objection handling and active listening abilities
Ability to handle 100–200 outbound calls daily (depending on campaign)
Reliable computer (dual monitors preferred)
Stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
USB headset with clear audio
Availability to work US business hours

Key Responsibilities📋
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Follow established sales scripts while maintaining natural conversations
Qualify prospects based on campaign guidelines
Book appointments or generate qualified leads
Accurately update CRM after each interaction
Handle objections professionally and effectively
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Work closely with campaign managers to improve results
Compensation ✅
$4.00–$6.00 per hour, depending on:

Communication skills
Interview and voice assessment performance
