🚨 SERVICE ADVISORY UPDATE: (San Jose, Abatex, Litex Vill, Burgos, San Mateo, Manggahan, San Rafael, Estrella & Geronimo, Balite Areas) 🚨

⚠️ Restoration efforts for the serious cable damage at San Jose Bridge will continue tomorrow. Unfortunately, thick mud and bad weather have created challenging conditions and limited our team's progress today. 🌧️ This repair is particularly difficult as the main pole itself was downed and swept away by floodwaters. ⚠️

Rest assured, our dedicated team will be back on site at first light to push through with the restoration once its already safe and passable by the area. 👷‍♂️

Important Rebate Information:
As a reminder, should your service interruption exceed 24 hours, you will be eligible for a rebate on your next statement bill.

We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through these difficult conditions to get you back online.

For other concern like having redLos on their modem to areas not affected just direct message us for technician’s personal repairs.
