β’ Avoid touching or handling your modem, cables, and electrical equipment when your hands or surroundings are wet.
β’ Do not attempt to repair, move, or handle fiber cables, lines, poles, or outdoor telecommunications equipment.
β’ If you see a broken, hanging, or fallen cable or line, stay away and DO NOT touch it.
β’ If water enters your equipment or electrical area, turn off the power only if it is safe to do so and contact us for assistance.
β’ Please be patient with technician visits, as repairs may be delayed when weather or site conditions are unsafe.

With the possibility of continued heavy rainfall, we encourage every household to prepare basic emergency supplies in case of flooding, power interruptions, or limited access to essential services.

Repair and installation activities can become extremely hazardous, especially when technicians are required to:

β οΈ Use ladders or climbing equipment on wet surfaces
β οΈ Perform outdoor work during heavy rain, strong winds, or possible thunderstorms
NO repair or installation is more important than the safety of our technicians.
If conditions are unsafe, work may be temporarily postponed until weather and site conditions become safe. Technician schedules may also be adjusted depending on actual weather and site conditions.
