Ang modem/router na naka-install sa inyong bahay ay company property ng RNDS FIBER. Hindi ito kasama sa plan na binabayaran ninyo at kailangan itong ibalik sa amin.

Kung ikaw ay:
✔ Nag-disconnect ng service
✔ Lumilipat ng bahay
✔ Hindi na nagpapatuloy ng subscription

Please return the modem/router provided by us para maiwasan ang penalty o additional charges. 🙏

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing network degradation that may affect your service, including increased latency and intermittent traffic drops.

Our engineering team has identified that the issue is due to an ongoing outage on META (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp) services. As a result, traffic is being rerouted through alternative paths, causing congestion on our backhaul links.

Please be assured that this is an external issue, and our engineers are actively monitoring and optimizing our network to minimize the impact while META services are being restored.

We will provide updates hourly or as new information becomes available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
