We are currently experiencing intermittent or no internet connectivity in some areas due to a nationwide network outage affecting internet services.

Based on reports on Downdetector Philippines, connectivity issues are elevated across the Philippines.

Our technical team is closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with our upstream network providers to help restore and stabilize the connection as soon as possible.

🔧 What you can do:
Please avoid resetting your modem/router. Once the network issue is resolved, you may simply reboot your modem by unplugging it for 15 seconds and plugging it back in.

Good news! Restored na ang network connection. 💙

Para sa mga customers na wala pa ring internet connection, maaari ninyong subukan ang sumusunod:

🔌 I-reboot ang modem/router

Patayin o i-unplug ang modem.
Maghintay ng 15 seconds.
Isaksak muli sa outlet.
Hintayin ang ilang minuto hanggang sa bumalik ang connection.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER:
🚫 DO NOT RESET THE MODEM.
Huwag pindutin ang RESET button ng modem dahil maaaring mawala ang configuration nito at mas mahirapan ang restoration ng inyong connection.

Service Interruption – Brgy. San Jose

Magandang araw po sa aming mga subscribers.

Nais po naming ipabatid na ang serbisyo ng aming network sa Brgy. San Jose ay kasalukuyang nakakaranas ng service interruption dahil sa pinsalang dulot ng nagdaang bagyo at habagat.

Nasira ang ilang poste ng main source line na nagsu-supply ng aming network sa nasabing barangay. Dahil dito, kinakailangan ang pagkukumpuni at pagsasaayos ng mga apektadong linya at poste bago tuluyang maibalik ang serbisyo.

Humihingi po kami ng hanggang 72 oras upang maisagawa ang kinakailangang restoration at maibalik ang internet service sa Brgy. San Jose.

Nauunawaan po namin ang abalang dulot nito at taos-puso kaming humihingi ng inyong pang-unawa at pasensya habang isinasagawa ng aming technical team ang restoration work.

Magbibigay po kami ng karagdagang update sa sandaling magkaroon ng progreso sa pagkukumpuni.
