Our Story

Empire Rocket was established February of 2015. The name was originally Racket Cloud, however, the logo designer accidentally created the logo with a Rocket which then evolved into renaming the company to Empire Rocket.

Empire Rocket is the very first Zoho Partner and Solutions Provider in the Philippines. We have been working with Zoho clients since 2011 and have built and customized numerous Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM applications for clients all over the world.

Back in 2011, founder and current Operations and Project Manager, Hernan Domingo was working for Nuanced IT, an Australian Company owned by Jeremy Nigel. It’s here where Hernan started to work as an IT Project Manager handling web development projects for Jeremy. Jeremy was then getting projects related to Zoho CRM and Creator development and customization which Jeremy would have Hernan manage these projects for him. Before you know it, all the projects that were coming in were Zoho related. By 2016, Jeremy wanted to concentrate with his career and got a full-time job as a developer. Jeremy handed over Nuanced IT existing clients to Hernan. You can say that this is like the Parable of the Talents where Jeremy is the master who entrusted his property to his servants and Hernan was the servant who made the most out of talents entrusted to him by Jeremy.

Empire Rocket is now growing with a consistent client base that caters to clients from Australia, Denmark, Canada, United States, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Africa and India. We are proud to say that the clients which came from Nuanced IT are still with Empire Rocket. Just to name a few, these are Idea International, True North Disability Services, and Fig Australia.
