Para hindi ma-scam, huwag magpadala ng bayad sa mga bank o e-wallet accounts na ibibigay sa inyo ninuman. Magbayad lamang sa official payment channels ng Converge:

- GoFiber app o GoFiber website
- Converge business centers
- Authorized payment partners: cnvrge.co/iwanttopay

PAANO MAGBAYAD GAMIT ANG GCASH?

Option 1: Via GoFiber app o website (pinakamabilis):

1. Mag-login sa inyong GoFiber app o sa GoFiber website at i-click ang Pay Now.
2. Ilagay kung magkano ang babayaran.
3. Sa Mode of Payment, piliin ang E-Wallets, pagkatapos ay GCash.
4. I-click ang Pay Now.
5. Kung GoFiber app ang gamit: i-screenshot ang QR code at gamitin ang Upload QR feature ng GCash para magbayad.
6. Kung GoFiber website ang gamit, i-scan ang QR code gamit ang QR scanner ng inyong GCash app.

Option 2: Sa GCash app mismo:

1. Buksan ang inyong GCash app at i-click ang Bills.
2. I-click ang Search Bar, pagkatapos ay i-search at piliin ang Converge.
3. I-enter ang mga sumusunod:
- Amount na babayaran
- 13-digit account number
- Account name
- Email address (para sa payment notification)
4. I-click ang Next at tiyaking tama ang mga detalye (May dagdag na P10 para sa service fee.
5. I-click ang Confirm para ituloy ang payment.
6. I-save ang GCash payment receipt sa inyong phone.

Tandaan: hindi tumatanggap ang Converge ng bayad sa bill sa pamamagitan ng direct bank deposit, e-wallet deposit, o funds transfer sa isang indibidwal.
