Bakit kaya sobrang lapit ko s mga taong mapagsamantala :(. Yung tipong ang hilig makisakay sa effort ko. Ung tipong ako lang gumawa pero nakikisawsaw pa. Ung tipong ako lang nag isip at kumikilos pero kung makareport sa boss sasabihin KAMI ang gumawa kahit AKO lang talaga. Kelan ba ako lalayuan ng mga ganitong tao. Nakakarindi na talaga. Ang nakakabuwisit pa kung minsan nag uusap palang kami sya nakareport na agad na meron na daw KAMING nagawa kahit idea ko naman lahat. Mapa trabaho o dito sa tindahan lagi nalang akong nalalapitan ng mga mapagsamantala. yung kapitbahay mong pupuntahan ka at kukuwentuhan tapos maya maya uutang na. Pwede ba hindi ako mayaman na gagawin nyong gatasan. Kung gusto nyo kumain o magkape bumili kayo. Kung gusto nyong magkaroon ng mga kung ano anong kailangan nyo, pagsikapan nyo hindi ung dadaanin nyo ako sa kwento tapos lilipas na ilang buwan hindi naman kayo nagbabayad. Lahat ng nasa loob ng tindahan ko pinagpaguran ko yan hindi ko ninakaw o kinuha ng libre. Hindi na nga ako halos lumalabas ng bahay pero kinakatok pa din ako. Sana kainin na kayo ng lupa kung ganyan mga asal nyo. Hindi ako naniningil pero wala din naman kayong kusa man lang. Kahit maliit na halaga natatandaan ko yan. Makakalimutin nako pero hindi sa utang tandaan nyo.

Looking for Microsoft Ads Specialist
Job Description:
Set up and launch Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for reaching the target audience.
Keep track of target KPIs and optimize ads based on performance.
We’ll provide the copy/creative, but you may need to assist in this area when needed.
Weekly reporting on performance with the rest of the marketing team
Stay updated with the latest features and updates within the Microsoft Advertising platform.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
English fluency
​​Proven experience managing Microsoft Ads campaigns with a track record of measurable success.
Will be required to send a portfolio of accounts worked on
Must have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Advertising's platform tools and analytics.
Experience with budgets ranging in the $20-$25k/month range specifically for Microsoft Ads
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration purposes
Experience implementing ‘conversion tracking’ and using ‘shopping feed’ is a plus, but not required.
Previous experience in the supplement industry is a plus!
