With the current monsoon weather, everything may seem more cold, wet and depressing. The traffic is also extra dreadful and traveling is made more difficult, sometimes even dangerous.

Yet despite it all, we endure and physically show up.

Here at XScribe Solutions, we are committed to doing our best in serving our patrons as they are due. Despite the extra travel difficulties, we choose to persevere and be on site to more easily accommodate and meet our clients' needs. Being physically present to communicate and work together also does wonders for my team's dynamic and camaraderie. Trust and confidence in each other grow, enabling us to maximize our best for our clients.

As always, I am grateful to my teammates Juvire Glay Abanes, Angelica Madia, Mildex Almendralejo, Jerusha Ong and PJ Baterina. Their amazing support and coordination will always be appreciated as we move on forward, braving the metaphorical and literal storms together.

Back-to-back training last week, two very different industries, one learning experience. 💡

Our ERP FM training covered two very different business environments. One caters to events, while the other is in packaging manufacturing. Each came with its own processes, workflows, and challenges, making every session a valuable opportunity to learn.

It was fascinating to see how each industry’s business processes worked within the ERP system. From understanding each company’s unique workflows to answering questions and working together through actual business scenarios, every session brought new insights and perspectives.

Of course, behind every successful training session is a team that makes it possible. 🤝

A big thank you to XScribe Solutions and especially my managers Ms. Jessica Saway and Ms. Juvire Glay Abanes, our Director Sir PJ Baterina, our Marketing Officer Ms. Jerusha Ong, and my fellow Jr. Business Analyst Mildex Almendralejo for the guidance, support, collaboration, and teamwork throughout this journey. 👏

Different industries, different processes, one team learning and growing together. 🚀

In my 9 years, including my internship, working under the Research and Development Department of XScribe Solutions, I have witnessed firsthand how the human mind and imagination have served as catalysts for the advancement of technology.

Being involved in last week’s meeting allowed me to see the other side of that relationship: how technological advancement can serve as a catalyst for humans and organizations to reassess their processes, rethink their strategies, and align themselves with the latest technological trends.

Just as humans serve as catalysts for the advancement of technology, technology, in turn, serves as a catalyst for us to advance.

Eight years ago, we were truly grateful to have been entrusted by one of the Philippines’ top appraisal companies to digitize their HR processes.

This year, I’m excited to once again be part of their journey, this time, applying technology to further optimize their core operations and help them move toward greater efficiency and innovation.

Technology evolves because humans imagine what is possible. And humans evolve when technology challenges us to think beyond what is possible today.

A plate of food can tell you more about a business than you think. 🍽️

While working on the scoping phase of an ERP implementation at XScribe Solutions for a catering and events business, I got to see what happens behind every customer order.

One order can connect to so many things:

What needs to be purchased and prepared?
How are inventory and costs tracked?
And how does everything flow into sales and finance?

This experience made me appreciate that scoping is more than just documenting requirements. It’s about listening to how people actually do the work, asking the right questions, and understanding the “how” and “why” behind their processes.

I’m grateful to my manager, Ms. Jessica Saway and our director, Sir PJ Baterina for demonstrating what excellent business analysis looks like. Their guidance and help has been vital throughout the project.

One thing I really enjoy about ERP is learning how different industries operate. Every project brings a new process to understand, a new perspective to learn from, and another opportunity to see how different parts of a business come together.

Here's to more successful ERP projects in the future💡.

After successfully completing an ERP implementation for a printing and signage company, I’m excited to start a new implementation project. This time, I’ll be working with businesses in the salon, restaurant, and leather bag industries. It’s a great opportunity to learn how different businesses operate and how our ERP system can support their unique processes.

Last July 31, 2026, our team officially started the client training for this new ERP implementation project. Working with businesses from different industries is both exciting and challenging, as each has its own unique processes and way of operating. This experience allows me to apply what I’ve learned from previous projects while gaining new knowledge and further developing my skills as a Junior Business Analyst.

As a Junior Business Analyst, I’m grateful for XScribe Solutions for the opportunity to work on ERP implementations across different industries. Every project helps me deepen my understanding of business processes, strengthen my skills, and prepare me for new challenges and opportunities ahead.

Thank you to our manager Jessica Saway for the continuous guidance and to our Marketing Team Jerusha Ong for being with us during the client training. Your support made this implementation even more successful.

Through my experience with implementation projects in XScribe Solutions, I've learned that in some cases, simply being there is sufficient.

I had the opportunity to be on the site for 3 consecutive days to help my client with user acceptance testing. The journey, however, was exhausting: driving for hours and there was heavy traffic, but knowing that I was lending a helping hand made it all worth it.

Being onsite allowed me to instantly respond to people’s questions, closely communicate with them, and assist them with their testing procedure. Watching their level of confidence grow as we were dealing with the issues reminded me that it’s not only about solving the project’s tasks but also about solving the trust quotient.

Each project is a new challenge.

One comment from our client during our three-day onsite User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Parallel Run stayed with me:

“It’s good that we can do another parallel run here with your team. It really helps us thoroughly review everything, identify what still needs to be improved, and make sure we are ready before go-live.”

Earlier this week, the two of us from the ERP Financial Management System (FMS) team at XScribe Solutions spent three days onsite conducting a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Parallel Run and providing training for a manufacturing company. We worked closely with users from different departments, validating business scenarios, reviewing processes, and ensuring they were confident using the system.

What stood out most was their commitment to getting the implementation right.

Rather than seeing another parallel run as an extra step, they saw it as an opportunity to identify improvements, validate processes, and ensure the system truly supports their operations before go-live.

Throughout the sessions, users raised questions like:
“Can the system be customized to support this process?”
“Can we add a field to capture this information?”

These discussions showed their commitment to finding solutions that fit their business needs.

One of the most rewarding moments was seeing users realize how the system could improve their day-to-day work. Comments like:

“Oh, nice! So we don’t have to do that anymore? The other department can handle it through the system now.”

“This will definitely make our process much easier.”

reminded me that ERP implementation is not just about introducing a new system. It is about helping people discover better ways of working.

Another moment that made me smile was when a user saw me documenting their concerns and customization requirements and said:

“Wow, you’re documenting everything so fast! You’ve already captured all of that? You’re like a human AI!”

The comment made us all smile. But beyond the humor, it represented more than just documentation. They appreciated how quickly their concerns, suggestions, and requests were being captured, and how each item was being carefully considered throughout the implementation.

It showed that they felt heard and that every concern, suggestion, and business requirement mattered.

This experience reminded me that UAT is not just about testing whether a system works. It is about listening, understanding business processes, exchanging ideas, and building better solutions together.

🤝 The true measure of a successful ERP implementation is not how quickly you reach go-live. It is the confidence, trust, and partnership built along the way.
