The Company
Aceron & Torres Automated Circuits, Inc. (ATAC) is a technology company founded by former student leaders Atty. Aceron and Heaven R. Torres. The counsel offered by these two professionals is grounded by over two decades of working in the private sector, government (local and national) and as entrepreneurs. They have served in various the capacities as consultants, executive assistants,
administrators, legal counsels and chiefs of staff. Their area of specialization is in the application of information technology (IT) to issues related to compliance with government rules and regulations. Their main task is usually protecting public officials from suit and other liabilities. They have clients who consult on matters of procurement and compliance with LGU and Commission on Audit regulations.
2. The Management
Marvin graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1991 with a degree in Philosophy. He was a Junior Representative at the College of Arts and Sciences. He took up Law and finished his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at the Ateneo de Manila Law School in 1995 where he graduated with honors. He entered the rolls in 1996. He is currently a partner in his own law firm, Aceron, Punzalan, Vehemente, Avila and Del Prado (APV Law). He specializes in corporate law, election law, government contracts and construction arbitration. He now serves as the Co-CEO of Aceron and Torres Automated Circuits, Inc. Heaven graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1992 with a degree in Social Sciences. He was President of the Student Council on his Senior Year and received the Departmental Award for the Social Sciences. He taught at the Ateneo Grade School for two years. He went into business and served as consultants to various government officials. He became the Chief Staff to the Postmaster General in 2011. He became the Executive Assistant to the City Mayor of Malabon City from 2012 to 2013. He served as the Executive Assistant to the City Mayor of Navotas from 2014 to 2015. The Joint CEO’s are supported by fellow Ateneans Margaret M. Calupitan and Lando T. Guzman
Margaret graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1991 with a degree in Legal Management. She worked with the Ateneo based NGO -Center for Social Policy and Public Affairs from 1991 to 1995. For close to a decade, she served with the Department of Trade and Industry’s Bureau of International Trade Relations. After which she shifted fields and ventured into offering training programs to Business Process Outsourcing companies in 2008 to 2010. She began working with Heaven Torres as part of his team of consultants in 2010. She now serves as Chief Operations Officer for Aceron and Torres Automated Circuits, Inc. Lando graduated from the Ateneo de Mania University in 1991 with a degree in Economics. He served with the Department of Trade and Industry’s Office of Policy Research from 1993 to 1996. He was also an Economist/Analyst in the stock market from 1997 to 1999. He entered advertising as an account manager in 1999 and has handled various corporate and FMCG brands. He shifted to client side in 2006 and has since worked in GE Money Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Philippine Airlines. He now serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Aceron and Torres Automated Circuits, Inc.
