Too much has happened this year, and what better way to pause than to hop into an adventure—one that takes us through thoughts, perspectives, and the things that truly matter.

In this session of Knowledge Sharing, Win took us to space to explore galaxies, planets, and, perhaps most comfortingly, our own relative insignificance compared to these vast entities. He reminded us that the Universe does not depend on us being flawless, that our past missteps carry no eternal weight, and that we are allowed to move forward. Paradoxically, recognizing our smallness in the grand scheme of things can ground us even more—to pour our time, energy, and existence into what truly matters to us.

And from infinity and beyond, we brought ourselves back to something deeply meaningful in our everyday work: delivering excellent customer service.

Aubrey emphasized that service excellence is a shared responsibility across all teams, not just those on the frontlines. Drawing from her experience and expertise, she equipped the team with practical reminders on how we can all contribute to better service.
She shared three core do’s of a service provider:
1. Be Responsive. - Don’t leave customers or colleagues waiting indefinitely for a response.
2. Be Proactive. - Think ahead and anticipate potential concerns before they arise.
3. Be Solution-Oriented. - Address immediate concerns while building countermeasures to prevent them from happening again.

Both sessions challenged us to remain adaptive, keep our values in check, and be intentional about where we choose to place our energy.

Here’s to making the remaining months of the year, and everything we do in them, worth it. ✨
