Candidate is required to work a total of 6 days a week excluding regular holidays at our QC Branch. He must be well knowledgeable and skilled in repairing non-board level, laptop components (eg. LCD, battery, Ram, Storage, Keyboard).

Candidate has confidence with talking with customers online and in-store.
Candidate is also fit to make sudden trips to our suppliers and service partners. Has his own motorcycle is a plus for this sudden trips!

1 Year experience in computer repair
Must be experienced in repairing Laptops and Desktops.
Laptop Repair
• LCD and Keyboard Replacement
• Ram Card and Storage upgrades/replacements
• Knowledgeable in installation of Major Systems (Windows/OSX/Linux)
Desktop Repair
• Knowledgeable in diagnosing parts
• Can perform part replacements for desktops
• Has knowledge in soldering simple components (wires, video ports, IC and resistor is a plus)
Has knowledge in using office applications (Word, Excel)

Candidate has confidence with talking with customers online and in-store.
Candidate is also fit to make sudden trips to our suppliers and service partners. Has his own motorcycle is a plus for this sudden trips!

Candidate is required to operate as the operations documentation for our Quezon City Branch. He/She will perform all tasks required related to the completion of Job orders

Candidate’s other task is completing reports and updating customer with regards to their units that are under repair. Must be knowledgeable with laptop and desktop components and parts (repair skill is a plus) in order to communicate well with customers.

1 Year experience in admin/secretarial and customer/client service
• Has knowledge in using office applications (Word, Excel)
• Has knowledge in computer parts/components
Kind and friendly attitude for our customers

Candidate is required to report 6 days a week excluding regular holidays
