Maxtech Delivery deliver the units but with a corresponding fee that includes gas and toll fees. We deliver anywhere in NCR, North and South Luzon. The units are set-up for free and we schedule deliveries within 24 hours.

Maxtech Cyber Hub Warranty Agreement

Steps to qualify for warranty replacement/repair:

1) Our agent needs to identify the unit’s issue. Customer must send photos and videos to show the issue.

2) We will schedule our trip to check if the unit’s issue is under our liability or not

3) Once the issue has been proven to be of our accountability, the unit or parts will be replaced and shipping will be free. Incidents like this happen even if the unit is brand new due to factory defect. However, if the defect did not come from our end upon checking, the customer must be charged for the parts to be replaced, shipping and labor fee. Warranty does not also cover PSU, keyboard, and mouse issues due to misuse.

Yes, we offer installment payments or what we call Maxtech Credit.

Maxtech Credit, you just have to submit the following documents to get approved: 2 valid government IDs, proof of income / pay slip, COE from employer, and proof of billing (electric bill, water bill, internet bill) with the same address indicated in your IDs. If currently abroad, provide a proof of remittance.

Approved within the same day. We also offer extensions to qualified customers wherein you can extend your payment terms depending on your submitted documents.
