- College Graduate preferably IT or Business Program
- Computer Literate
- with good communication skills
- Experience in transacting business with TESDA is an advantage

CLERK/ LIASON OFFICER
- at least 2nd year College
- w/ background in preparation of reports
- capable to transact in different offices
- 22 to 36 yrs old
