Client Report: Not Powering On

Diagnosis:

CMOS Battery is depleted and requires replacement.
Operating System is corrupted, preventing the system from booting properly.

Repair Solution:

Replaced CMOS Battery.
Reinstalled and configured the Operating System.
Performed system testing and verification.

Status: Repaired and Tested – Unit is now powering on and functioning normally.

Remarks: System successfully boots into the operating system after repair. All basic functions were tested and found to be working properly.
