Narvacan Iocos Sur,- The (LGU) Narvacan, strengthens ties with the Fil Chi Love and Care Foundation , Inc. through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) establishing a Joint Working force to harmonize Basic Computer skills training in the in the Municipality particulary the Ilocos Sur Province
Mayor LUIS “Chavit” SINGSON signed the MOA on behalf of their respective Region.
"We look forward to working with Love and Care Foundation, and CFBCI in building up the track in Modern technologies .We hope that this continuing partnership will result into positive outcomes and will benefit also the future generations of NARVACANS," CHAVIT said.

Fil Chi LOVE AND CARE Foundation and Chinese Filipino Business Club have assembled together for complementarity of strategies, policies and programs, consistency and quality assurance of Training standards Of TESDA , and discuss and resolution of concerns as may be raised by either party concerning TVET.

The Foundation is also expected to have an agreement on common researches and innovation programs, and a consolidation of trends and data pertinent to TVET program of TESDA.
