I didn't start The CFO Chair because there aren't enough finance podcasts.
There are plenty.
I started it because most of them aren't talking to the business owners I work with every day.
The construction company doing ₱50 million in revenue that can't make payroll because three clients are running 90 days on their billings.
The trading business that just turned down a ₱10 million purchase order because they didn't have the working capital to fund the inventory.
The import business whose loan application was rejected — not because the business was bad, but because nobody had ever helped them present their financials the way a bank actually reads them.
These aren't edge cases.
This is the reality of building a business in the Philippines — in industries where cash moves slowly, clients have leverage over payment terms, and financial advice is either too generic or too expensive to access.
The CFO Chair exists to change that.
Not with theory.
With real conversations about what's actually happening in these businesses — and what owners can do about it.
That's the vision.
I hope you'll join me.
