*Role Overview:*
As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in building high-quality system products. Leveraging your expertise in software development, you will collaborate with our team to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.
*Responsibilities:*
- Write clean, well-designed code adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
- Manage and maintain existing projects such as E-commerce, Hospital Management Systems, Point of Sale (POS), and other software projects.
- Perform testing and ongoing maintenance of core product software and databases to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Lead the development and implementation of new features and functionalities, from conception to deployment.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in software development, and proactively apply them to enhance the development process and product quality.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in PHP programming language.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with PHP, including Laravel framework.
- Experience with Node.js and familiarity with other frameworks and libraries is advantageous.
- Proficient in RESTful API development.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Good understanding of SQL and related databases, preferably with experience in MySQL.
- Solid grasp of MVC frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite.
- Demonstrated good moral character, a team player, and willingness to mentor junior developers.
