Job Description:
• Performs weekly petty cash.
• Performs weekly report of AP/AR.
• Creates project book expense.
• Issues billing invoice, sales invoice, collection receipt, and official receipt.
• Processes documents to the financial institutions or banks.
• Performs cash and cheque request.
• Carry out monthly load for PLDT landline number.
• Updates passbook daily for the monitoring balance.
• Monitors and maintains balance of company bank accounts.
• Performs payroll for project-based contractors, probationary, and regular employees.
• Encodes new employees, SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PhilHealth into the online system of the main office.
• Performs monthly VAT and journal expense.
• Creates accreditation application for suppliers.
• Creates and maintains list of purchase order for devices.
• Monitors purchase order and delivery receipt before collection.
• Coordinates with HR and Admin for relative tasks and provide assistance if necessary.
• Maintains and updates inventory of stocks, demo units, and company assets.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Must have 2 to 5 years of work experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in all accounting facets.
• With Bookkeeping NC III is a plus but not required.
• Has effective communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office. (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
• Above average time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Polite, responsible, organize, and approachable.
• Can work under pressure.

Job Description:

I. Site Survey
• Analysis
1. Identify the requirements of the client.
2. Make a Site Survey Report with photos and list of requirements.
3. Choose the proper product to fit the requirement of the client.
4. Cost of working permit and LGU permits, bonds and insurance requirement.

II. System Design
• Cable Layout, Wiring Diagrams, System Single Line Diagram
• Gantt Chart
1. Schedule of Work

• BOM
- Submit BOM and product brochures to the sales-in-charge and wait for the result within 3 working days after site survey.

III. Implementation
• Organize the Team
1. Clearly instruct the team to prepare the needed tools and materials (coordinate with the sales and purchasing for the purchase of products/devices).
2. Adjust the Gantt Chart with the actual date (discuss with the sales-in-charge regarding the target date).
3. Request for team members.
4. Apply working permit for the manpower & vehicles, and delivery of materials.

• On installation and implementation, instruct team members regarding their tasks and control the progression of the project
1. Coordinate with the other contractor/s under the client regarding if the site is clear and ready for installation and if the permits are processed.
2. Make sure all the materials and devices are provided on time (coordinate with purchasing).
3. Make sure all the technicians are using the right installation materials and installation method and wearing the required protective gear to ensure the quality and the safety of the work.
4. Submit Daily Progression Report to the client every day.
5. Submit Daily Progression Report with installation photos to the office every day and update the Gantt Chart.

IV. Turnover
• Make sure all installation and configuration correspond with the requirements of the client.
• Prepare punch list and correct the problem.
• Prepare turnover documents and as-built plans for the client.
• Conduct user training and turnover for the client.

V. After Service
• Assist the service technician or service engineer to understand the system.
• Provide consultation and assistance to the service technician or service engineer for troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Must have at least 1- or 2-years of work experience.
• Must have Electronics Engineering Licensure Exam.
• Must be willing to do field work nationwide.
• Must be knowledgeable in automation control, CCTV, access control, FDAS, Computer IP Network, & AutoCAD.
• With initiative to identify problems that may occur in time.
• Polite, cooperative, and approachable.
• With car driver’s license is an advantage but not required.
• Can work under pressure.
