ADVOCACY
My advocacy is expand knowledge about
technology. and develop systems used
in technology and expand knowledge on the correct use of technology to avoid wrong doing in the use of technology And support technology to more improvements. And my THREE MAIN GOALS is
To promote computer knowledge and skills among learners and people that are not computer literate.
To elevate the level of awareness of learners about the importance of computer technology in every day life.
To encourage learners about the healthy use or proper ways of using computer and skills for studying. The QUICK List of Good Comuputing Practices:
1. Use password that can’t be easily guessed.
2. Minimized storage of sensitive information
3. Beware of Scams.
4. Protect the information when using the Internet and email.
5. Make sure your computer is protected with anti-virus, and all necessary security “patches” and updates.
6. Secure laptops and mobile devices always. Lock them up or carry them with you.
7. Shut down, lock, log off, or put your computer and other devices to sleep before leaving them unattended and make sure and make sure they require a secure password to start up, or wake-up.
8. Don’t stall or download unknown or unsolicited program/apps.
9. Secure your area before leaving it.
10. Make back-up copies of files or data you are not willing to loose.
