βœ… Booking Security: A 50% down payment is now required for all scheduled bookings to secure your slot and prevent last-minute cancellations.

II. Financial & Service Policy
βœ… Parts Requirement: Full payment is required in advance for all upgrade or replacement parts. This policy is strictly implemented due to previous instances of client non-return after parts were ordered and paid for, resulting in losses.
βœ… Diagnostic Services: Our comprehensive diagnostic services (physical inspection, issue isolation, and troubleshooting) are not free; standard service charges apply.

III. Unit Drop-off & Safety
