📩 Work with me: linktr.ee/leifbrian Growing up in the countryside of the Philippines, I was saddened by the fact that my family and friends were planning their future away from home. Some planned to go to the big cities and some were even planning to go out of the country. While I can give a hundred reasons why they think of this, I have 2 points I want to point out.
1) There are few employment opportunities in the Philippines countryside.
2) Filipinos want to have a better quality of life. Knowing this, I put it upon myself to make it a mission to do something about it. After working for 2 years in the BPO industry and another 3 years as a freelance business consultant, I saw the demand for a workforce in the online outsourcing industry. This is why, at age 24 I started a Business Process Outsourcing Company with no financial capital, no management experience, and even any knowledge in the business environment. Today the company has grown to have 9 expansion offices all over the Philippines providing work to 600 plus Filipinos. We pride ourselves as one of the most dependable Call Center and Virtual Assistant companies in the Philippines having a Top-Rated Badge and a 96% job success score from the top online job marketplace Upwork.com. As part of my advocacy, I also work as one of the National Trainer and Resource Person of the RIS Program of the Department of ICT, to promote Digital Jobs in the Philippines through training and capacity building.
