🖨️✨ HOW WE MAKE YOUR CUSTOM STICKERS ✨🖨️
Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes before your stickers reach your hands? Here’s our simple sticker-making process! 👇

1️⃣ DESIGN LAYOUT
We arrange the designs provided by the client in our software. This helps us determine how many stickers can fit on one A4 sticker sheet while making the most of the available space.

2️⃣ CLIENT APPROVAL ✅
Before we print anything, we send the final layout to the client for approval. Need to change the sticker size, quantity, or arrangement? No problem! We revise the layout until everything is just right.

3️⃣ PRINTING 🖨️
Once approved, it's time to print! We use our Canon MAXIFY GX5070 with pigment ink to produce your stickers with vibrant and detailed prints.

4️⃣ COLD LAMINATION ✨
After printing, the stickers go through our cold laminating process. This helps make them more water-resistant and scratch-resistant, while also giving the colors an extra pop and a nice finish.

5️⃣ CUTTING ✂️
Now for the satisfying part — cutting! 😍
We offer two common sticker cutting styles:

🔹 Kiss Cut – The sticker is cut through the sticker material while leaving the backing sheet intact.

🔹 Die Cut – The sticker is cut completely through the sticker and backing.

Die-cut stickers are one of our most popular choices, especially for customers who plan to sell them, give them as freebies, or use them as giveaways. 💯

6️⃣ PACKAGING & PICKUP 📦
Once everything is cut and checked, we package your stickers — and they're ready for pickup! 🎉
From layout → approval → printing → lamination → cutting → packaging, we make sure every order gets the attention it deserves. ❤️

✨ I DIDN’T EXPECT THESE TO TURN OUT THIS GOOD! ✨

I’ve been experimenting with something new for the shop! 👀

I bought some pre-cut acrylic sheets and thought, “Why not turn these into refrigerator magnets?” 🧲
The process was actually pretty simple. I printed the artwork, carefully placed it onto the acrylic using double-sided tape, and added the magnet at the back.

And honestly… I wasn’t expecting the final result to look this good! 😍

The clear acrylic gives the prints a nice glossy, vibrant, glass-like finish, making the colors pop while giving the artwork a clean and premium look.
For this first batch, I tried some anime-style character artwork, from cool blue-toned designs to cute pink and colorful characters. 💙🩷✨
Now I'm thinking…

👉 Should I add these to our product lineup?
👉 Would you buy custom acrylic refrigerator magnets?
👉 What character, artwork, or design would you want to see?

This started as a simple experiment, but it might just become our next product! 🧲✨

🖨️ MATERIAL Testing - OLD vs. NEW! 🎨
As a small printing shop, we believe that testing is part of giving our customers better results. 💯

Today, we compared our old and new printing materials using the same test design and pigment ink. The goal? To see how each material handles color, saturation, and overall print quality.

✨ We want to make sure we're fully utilizing the capabilities of our printer and finding the right material for every customer's needs. Whether you want vibrant colors, sharp prints, durability, or a specific finish.

It's not just about printing. It's about finding the right combination of printer + ink + material to get the results you want. ❤️

📌 Small shop, but we're always testing and improving!

Got a printing project in mind? Send us a message and let's see what material works best for you! 🖨️✨
