📌 Job Title
Printer Technician
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test printers, multifunction machines, and related peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct routine cleaning, calibration, and replacement of printer parts (rollers, fusers, cartridges, etc.)
- Respond to service calls and provide timely on-site or remote technical support.
- Maintain accurate service reports, repair logs, and inventory of parts used.
- Provide basic user training and technical guidance to clients when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and service quality expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams for parts replacement, warranty claims, and service scheduling
📌 Qualifications
- Graduate of vocational course, technical course, or related field (Electronics, Computer, or IT-related courses required)
- With at least 2 years experience as a Printer Technician or similar technical role.
- Knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing inkjet, laser, and multifunction printers.
- Familiar with common printer brands and models.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, drivers, and network-connected printers.
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals and service guides.
- Willing to do field work and travel when required.
