✅ At least 2 years of experience in technical support or related field
✅ With Tier 2 network troubleshooting experience
✅ Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
✅ Experience handling escalated technical concerns
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle escalated technical issues (Tier 2 support)
• Diagnose and resolve network-related concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams for complex cases
• Document incidents and resolutions properly
• Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 support
