The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies. This role involves creating, planning and executing campaigns and events, developing and managing relationships with customers and partners, and increasing brand awareness. The Sales and Marketing Manager should have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. The Sales and Marketing Manager must possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, be highly organized and results-driven, and have strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies Plan, direct and coordinate sales and marketing activities Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals Analyze customer feedback and data to develop sales and marketing plans Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing professionals to ensure the team’s quota is met Report to the senior management and stakeholders

Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong time management and project management skills
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or equivalent Has at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing A proven track record of successful sales and marketing strategies Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
