Mission
Technology serves humans. Humans serve other humans using technology for the common good. Intelligensia exists to intelligently and cohesively organize all of these to achieve the highest and most sublime purposes of human life.
Vision
We continuously innovate by researching and developing solutions for our clients: the businesses and their working-professionals who are all taking advantage of the many cutting-edge developments in the Internet-of-Things, Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge-Based Economy (IoT-AI-KBE). We assist businesses in achieving their objectives through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and whatever innovative lessons we discover, learn, and master, we knowledge-transfer these to the next workforce of the industry: the new college graduates to equip them with employable skills and the working professionals for the advancement of their careers. And because we adapt and update faster than formal learning institutions, our other clients are schools, academies, colleges and universities to help them cope with the advancements in technologies as demanded by the industries and their markets.
Core Values ( I - N - T - E - L - S )
I - INTEGRITY. We do what we say then commit to do it right, and improve continuously.
N - NURTURE AND CARE. We nurture and care for our stakeholders: learners, clients, and shareholders - both existing and potential, our employees and business partners, our community and the environment.
T - TEAMWORK. We collaborate across teams, departments, industries and borders to deliver the best results.
E - EXCELLENCE - We achieve our objectives with our relentless passion for excellence.
L - LEARNING. We learn continuously to achieve our objectives. We explore all possibilities, accommodating even the possibility of mistakes if these will contribute to innovative learning and energize us to discover new and better ways of doing things.
S - SECURITY. Humans in IoT and humans in KBE are both the strongest and weakest links in all security issues. So we study, conduct, and install built-in security measures not as an afterthought but before, during, and after the development of all ICT systems to safeguard the best interests and well-being of human-machine interactions.
