Asus ROG G16

Many technicians attempted to fix the issue, but none were successful. We took on the challenge and restored the device to full working condition.

The device would repeatedly shut down and show a blank display whenever the charger was connected. Upon diagnosis, we found multiple motherboard components shorted to ground. After performing a motherboard-level repair and replacing the faulty components, the device now operates normally without any issues.

This laptop initially experienced intermittent power issues, including unexpected shutdowns and difficulty turning on. Over time, the condition worsened, and the device now no longer powers on or shows any signs of charging when connected to a power adapter.

Additionally, the internal drive is protected with BitLocker encryption. When the device was previously operational, it would boot to the BitLocker recovery screen.
