We apologize for the sudden cancellations and Late shipments 😔

Before everything else, we would like to thank you for your continued support throughout 2021

To those who bought a shirt or two.
To those who liked, commented and tagged their friends on our posts.

Thankyou so much! We're so glad to accommodate your orders and other concerns 😁

Going back to the topic, we are well aware that there were cancellations and a lot of late shipments this past week. We sincerely apologize. We know we have failed your expectations and a lot of you may be disappointed.

During the sale we anticipated an increase on our daily volume of orders of up to 3 to 5 times the regular. Surprisingly We received like 9 to 11 times the daily volume and it strained our capacity to ship on time. Maybe even more. We really lost track.

To those who are unaware, we make your shirts after only we received your order. Made to order kasi. Wala pong ready made item cause originally we plan to accept custom orders.

What did we do?
Short handed and in battle with time. We added man power to increase our production rate, it helped a lot but unfortunately some of our raw mats ran out of stock and our suppliers are in the same situation as us since its a busy season. Yung ibang orders si shopee na mismo nag cancel because we were way too late to ship them out.

It was a learning experience. We will use this incident to improve more this coming 2022. New designs, new items, a better working space and so on.
