The month-long celebration of the Batangas Site Ceremonial Launch First Anniversary marked a defining chapter in the journey of Conduent Batangas—one filled with gratitude, growth, collaboration, and meaningful milestones. Guided by the theme Batangas Team: Celebrating Year One of Excellence and Growth, the anniversary month showcased how far the site has come in just one year, powered by people, purpose, and performance.
A Month Rooted in Gratitude and People-Centered Celebrations
The month of May marked a significant milestone for Conduent Batangas as the site celebrated its first anniversary since its ceremonial launch and opening of the LIMA Tower One site last 8 May 2025. The ceremonial turnover last year was graced by Conduent’s current Chief Commercial Officer, Kimberly Marshall. In 2026, the first anniversary celebrations were guided by a strong theme about teamwork, excellence, and growth mindset wherein associates, leaders, and partners came together to honor achievements, strengthen bonds, and set the stage for continued success.
The celebration began with a 1st Anniversary Thanksgiving Mass, held on the official anniversary date of May 8th, bringing associates together in a meaningful moment of reflection and gratitude. Sweet treats shared afterward added a warm, personal touch, reinforcing the strong sense of community within the Batangas site.
In the same spirit of appreciation, Mother’s Day was joyfully celebrated to honor the hardworking mothers of Conduent. Associates enjoyed sweet treats and a lively photobooth activation, creating moments of joy, recognition, and connection for the women who balance career excellence with family life. Adding to the festivities, the Flores de Mayo Bay Décor Competition adorned the site with vibrant and creative displays, symbolizing a blooming workplace culture built on trust, excellence, and teamwork.
Leadership Engagement and Business Alignment
A major highlight of the month was the visit of Mandy Huckaby, Vice President and General Manager for Global Commercial CX Business of Conduent. Her visit coincided with the Commercial Business Q1 Site Town Hall, where associates gained valuable insights into business direction, performance, and strategic priorities. The engagement strengthened alignment across teams and reinforced leadership’s commitment to the Batangas site’s continued growth.
Further underscoring the site’s operational excellence, the Batangas team successfully hosted three major Healthcare CX client visits, demonstrating strong client partnerships, delivery capability, and confidence in the site’s people, processes, and performance.
Empowering Future Talent and Academic Partnerships
Conduent Batangas extended its impact beyond the workplace through meaningful community and academic engagements. In partnership with the University of Batangas, the team conducted a Career Orientation and Effective Job Application Seminar, equipping students with practical knowledge and real-world insights to prepare them for professional success.
This commitment to talent development continued with the Batch 1 Internship Program Culminating Activity, celebrating the achievements of IT and Psychology majors from the University of Batangas. This pioneering, structured internship and student immersion program highlighted Conduent’s dedication to mentoring students and aspiring BPO professionals, equipping them with the right skills while building a future-ready regional workforce supported by a strong talent pipeline.
Industry Recognition on a National Stage
Capping off an already remarkable month, Conduent Batangas earned a significant industry recognition as a Finalist at the Solaia Awards 2026 of the IT-BPM Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) under the category Country for Regional Development of the Year – Batangas Site Launch and Opening. The awards night, happening on June 11 at the Shangri-La at the Fort, stands as a testament to the site’s contribution to regional growth and the Philippine IT-BPM industry.
