This girl completely scammed us. We had booked a photo and video services for my birthday and gender reveal on July 1st 2022. They promised to send it a week after but they delivered the photos extremely late, on July 13th to be exact. When I asked about the video, which was also supposed to be sent that day, she made an excuse and claimed it would be sent on Saturday, July 16th. But of course, it wasn't. I messaged her again on July 18th, and she came up with another excuse, this time a technical problem. After daily messages from me and a host of lousy excuses from her, the video finally arrived on July 21st, 8 DAYS after my initial inquiry. This is when the real trouble began. The video wouldn't play, and when I tried to download it, it wouldn't download either. So I asked her to send another link, messaging her EVERY SINGLE DAY. She kept promising to send it, but nothing happened. Now, she has stopped replying and has not sent any emails or videos. She essentially SCAMMED us out of a video we never received. To add insult to injury, she BLOCKED us to prevent us from leaving a review on her page. She is a scammer, and she should return my money!!
