⚠️ Issue: The system was throwing a persistent Primary (internal) Battery (601) alert on boot because the old internal battery was completely degraded. To keep things interesting, a finicky keyboard ribbon cable also slipped out of its socket during the swap, causing the keyboard to temporarily go completely unresponsive! 🫣
🛠️ Fix: Addressed this via a convenient home visit! Performed full on-site hardware diagnostics, safely swapped out the dead cell for a brand-new BP02XL battery, and carefully re-aligned and locked down the delicate keyboard ribbon connector to restore 100% functionality.

The startup error code is officially gone, the keyboard is fully responsive, and this machine is back to peak portable health! 🔋✨ Ready for action whenever you are! 🚀💻

💻 Model: Custom Desktop PC
⚠️ Issue: Dead system / No display. PC completely refused to turn on due to a massive short circuit caused by rust and chemical damage on the graphics card.
🛠️ Fix: Complete hardware diagnostics. Safely extracted the dead/corroded GPU to remove the short circuit, cleaned and reseated oxidized RAM contacts, and successfully restored the motherboard to full working condition! Core system and all files safely recovered! 💾✨

Happy to bring this PC back to life from a hardware crime scene! Ready whenever you are for that new graphics card upgrade. 🚀🖥️
