✅A-SYNC IT SOLUTIONS successfully completed the intake fan replacement of a TrueNAS server to help improve airflow and cooling performance. Client from Quezon City.

During our previous inspection, we identified that the existing Molex intake fan was no longer working. Since proper airflow is important for server stability, we recommended and completed the replacement using a new Phanteks 200mm fan.

✅ Completed Work:
• Removed defective intake fan
• Installed new 200mm fan
• Checked fan rotation and airflow.
• Verified cable clearance.
• Performed temperature observation after replacement.

📉 Result:
After the fan replacement, the TrueNAS server temperature decreased by approximately 5°C, helping improve cooling efficiency and reduce overheating risk.

Regular server maintenance and proper cooling are important to protect your business data and extend hardware lifespan.

✅ Technical Service Completed: Synology NAS Troubleshooting & Restoration

A-SYNC IT SOLUTIONS successfully completed a technical service for Company from Quezon City involving their existing Synology DiskStation DS413.

The client initially experienced issues with NAS accessibility, shared folder connection, and intermittent network reachability. After detailed troubleshooting, our attending IT personnel identified the root cause as an IP address conflict within the local network.

🔧 Services Performed:
• Diagnosed NAS accessibility issue
• Verified NAS hardware, DSM access, and storage health
• Performed network connectivity and ping tests
• Identified duplicate IP address conflict
• Reconfigured network/IP settings
• Restored shared folder access

Another successful onsite server troubleshooting and assessment completed by A-SYNC IT SOLUTIONS.👍

We recently visited Government Office From Lower Bicutan Parañaque to troubleshoot their HPE Server that was experiencing boot failure issues.

After conducting hardware diagnostics and memory isolation testing, we identified a faulty RAM module causing the server not to boot properly. By isolating the affected memory module, the server was successfully restored and brought back online.

We also performed a full hardware health check using the HPE iLO Management Console, where all critical server components including RAID controller, storage drives, cooling system, and power supply were verified healthy and operational.

In addition, we provided recommendations and planning for:
✅ Upgrade to 64GB Server Memory
✅ Expansion of SAS Storage Drives
✅ RAID 5 Storage Configuration (~4.2TB usable storage)
✅ Ubuntu 22 Server Installation and Configuration
