I have a lot in my mind and heart.....so much that I have been praying about for quite a while, and even more currently so, I figure getting an online prayer circle going wouldn't hurt.

Much love to everyone who reads this. I believe that when someone asks you to pray for them, you pray because prayers are free and should be given wholeheartedly!

I decided to do this today because I'm standing in the need of prayer and so many others are as well. Let's pray for each other today, regardless of who or what your spiritual foundation! All prayers needed right now.🙏🙏🙏

PAALALA SA LAHAT:

Always choose to be kind.

To that cashier who punched a wrong item and made you wait for another two minutes, be patient. She may also just be panicking. Or tired because she is on a straight shift.

To that security guard who didn't let you park in front of the grocery store. He is just following the orders of his boss and making sure cars are lined up for proper exit and entry of other vehicles. Or he just might be tired too.

To that village guard or barangay tanod who asked you to go back to your house. They want you to be safe. They are not restricting your movement. And they are just following orders. And they might be tired as well.

To that nurse who is asking you to wait for your turn because there were other patients before you. Read that again. THERE WERE OTHER PATIENTS BEFORE YOU. And maybe, just maybe, he is tired because he is on a 24-hour duty.

To that bag boy who is taking too long to carry your groceries to your car. They shouldn't even be doing that for you. They're not the ones who bought tons of canned goods. Trust us, they wish your heavy grocery was theirs. Maybe next time just buy what you can carry? And because maybe he is tired from carrying groceries all day long.

To stores who limit your purchases to give chance for others to buy as well. This should be self-explanatory.

To the policemen and military asking for your ID and your purpose of travel. Sorry, they kept you waiting. You will thank them later on for saving you. Trust us.

Let us change our perspective. They are here for us (to assist us) but not here FOR US ALONE (for you to order around). Gets? Be kind to them. Say "please" and "thank you". Enough of that "pera ko naman nagbabayad sa sweldo mo" attitude. They can opt to stay at home but they can't because: (1) they also need money for their own families and (2) they were asked to come in to help us, but these are not reasons for us to abuse them.

This is a time for the community to come together. To treat each other right and to rise from this as one. The enemy is COVID-19 and not each other.

So just a reminder:

JGQ INTERNET CAFE joins the entire country in fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic. Because everyone’s health and safety is our top priority, we will be temporarily suspending our operations until further notice.
