[𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊] 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝟏𝟑𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

The 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (IC-LSG) conducted its 13th Meeting Series on June 4, 2026, serving as an End-of-Term Assembly and Planning Meeting attended by officers committed to ensuring a smooth transition and continued progress of the organization.

Key discussions focused on the organization's financial report, preparations for the upcoming IC-LSG outing, proposed office development projects, formal turnover procedures, and office inventory management. Officers collaboratively reviewed plans and assigned responsibilities to strengthen coordination and operational efficiency for the remaining term.

The meeting emphasized the importance of documenting departmental accomplishments and preparing incoming officers through proper turnover and training processes.

Participation from the Executive Department, Legislative Department, Board Members, Unit Heads, and Program Representatives highlighted the collective dedication of the IC-LSG leadership in maintaining organizational excellence and fostering a productive transition for the next generation of student leaders. The session concluded with clear action plans and strengthened collaboration among officers moving forward. Viva IC!

The Institute of Computing – Local Student Government (IC-LSG) proudly announces the successful procurement of the 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗔𝗙𝗠𝗦), developed by CODEX, for the Institute of Education as part of the ITED-LSG Batch 2025–2026 Project #1.

This initiative aims to enhance efficiency in monitoring student attendance and managing fines through a faster, more organized, and reliable digital system. With AFMS, students and administrators can expect smoother transactions, reduced waiting time during events and activities, and improved accuracy in record-keeping.

Through this milestone, CODEX continues to champion innovation and student-centered digital solutions for a more efficient academic community.
