Learn and acquire the necessary skills in web and computer programming for FREE. For Phase 2, we have two centers, one in Palo @ Leyte Academic Center, and the other in Baybay City @ BNHS Campus. For Phase 1, we are available in some selected high schools in Leyte.

Our enrollment is until August 21, 2022, for Phase 2.

Classes will start on August 22, 2022, for Phase 2.

The ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Visayas Cluster 2 will be conducting a FREE ICT Diagnostic Exam in DICT - Leyte Province, Tacloban City.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

The Certification can be used on the following:
1. DICT issues a Certificate of Proficiency, which serves as the basis for the granting of the special ICT eligibility by the CSC.
2. The test is a mechanism to evaluate the competence of an individual to perform programming or systems analysis and design function.
3. The test can be used by an individual to assess his knowledge and skills for the purpose of continually improving his own technical abilities.
4. By knowing the nature and scope of the test, ICT training centers are encouraged to enrich their curricula to enable their students to have a better chance of joining the corps of competent ICT professionals.
