KIM CHIU'S SISTER LAKAM ARRESTED OVER 124 COUNTS OF QUALIFIED THEFT

LOOK: Lakambini “Lakam” Chiu, sister of actress Kim Chiu, was arrested by Quezon City police in Barangay Wack Wack, Mandaluyong City on Sunday afternoon, September 20, over a qualified theft case involving 124 counts.

Officers served an arrest warrant issued by Quezon City RTC Branch 84, which set bail at ₱5.838 million. The charges stem from a complaint filed by Kim Chiu after an internal audit revealed financial discrepancies in her business operations, where Lakam served as manager.

Lakam Chiu is currently detained at the Kamuning Police Station pending a court commitment order.
