Qualification:

Cashier Sales Assistant

-Handles customer payment at the checkout and helps on the sales floor
- High school diploma, senior high school graduate, or equivalent.
- Basic product knowledge to cross-sell and up-sell merchandise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong basic accounting skills.
- Customer-first attitude with strong patience and conflict-resolution abilities.
-With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

2. Vendo Sales Technician

- Technical diploma, or equivalent experience
-Strong interpersonal skills to handle client relations and route sales support
- Proven track record in troubleshooting vending equipment, bill validators, and coin mechanisms.

3. Computer Sales Technician
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications are a major plus
- In-depth knowledge of PC hardware compatibility, custom PC building, laptops, peripherals, and networking gear.
- Hands-on ability to diagnose hardware failures, perform software installations, OS configuration, and malware removal.
- Understanding of technical specifications (CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage interfaces, power supplies) to match products to customer requirements (gaming, office, workstation).
- Consultative sales ability
- Strong active listening skills to diagnose customer pain points and recommend suitable tech solutions.
-Patience and strong problem-solving skills for post-sales technical support and warranty troubleshooting.
