Are you a strategic CPA with a strong background in financial leadership and compliance? Skydev.Solutions Inc. is looking for a Financial Controller / Manager to lead and strengthen the finance function of a growing, multi-entity organization in Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ), Zambales.

This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, effective cash flow management, financial analysis, tax and compliance coordination, internal controls and overall financial discipline across the organization.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, someone who can oversee the overall finance function while also diving into the details when needed. The role will work closely with management, the accounting team, and external accounting partners to provide reliable financial information that supports sound business decisions.

Profile: CPA, 5+ years, ideally with multi-entity SME experience

Skydev Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ).

If you are a detail-oriented finance professional ready to take full ownership of multi-entity accounting, month-end reporting and compliance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations and multi-entity operations.

Manage month-end close activities and financial reporting alongside external accounting partners.

Prepare inputs for BIR filings (VAT, withholding tax) and ensure statutory compliance.

Supervise and mentor the Junior Bookkeeper while optimizing accounting SOPs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

At least 3 years of relevant full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting experience

Strong grasp of BIR filings, PH statutory requirements and accounting software / Excel

Proven ability to work independently and manage timelines lead

📍 Location: Subic Bay Freeport Zone (On-site)
